Eric has been working for almost 25 years in the context of transactions, mergers, spin-off, business transfers, fairness opinions and litigation. He began his career in 1995 at Arthur Andersen, in charge mainly of large corporations. After 15 years worknig as auditor and consultant, he decided to focus on financial expertise and advisory.
Expert registred with the Court of Appeal of Paris, he is a member of the valuation committee of the Conseil Supérieur de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables (CSOEC) and the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux comptes (CNCC), the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers (CCEF), the Société Française des Evaluateurs (SFEV), the Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF), the Compagnie Nationale des Experts-Comptables de Justice (CNECJ) and the Compagnie Nationale des Experts en Finance et Diagnostic (CNEJFD).
He wrote a brief on the valuation of unlisted shares held by employee savings plans and participated in several working groups of the Association Professionnelle des Experts Indépendants (APEI).
He has graduated from BBA EDHEC (1994) and chartered accountant (2003).
