Fairness opinion
Pursuant to the provisions of the Règlement Général of the AMF and the recommendations made by this authority, we perform independent appraisals (fairness opinion) in the context of delisting, or any other transaction involving listed companies.
 
We can also act prior to any proposed acquisition or sale initiated by a listed company, especially in the presence of potential conflicts of interest.
